Simple and Smokey

This is my own blend for rubbing on Pork Skin to make crackling.

After making my own crackling for people, I was asked to make this available. So here it is.

Also great as a meat rub.

Treat the Pork Skin as you would to dry it out, then try rubbing some of this into the skin before cooking.

Contains: Salt, Smoked Paprika.
