The Bayou Blend

Our take on the traditional blend from the Bayou region. Cajun Spices are a blend of French, Spanish and West African flavour profiles.

With a medium heat Cajun spice has been the staple in my kitchen for many years. Our blend has a complex flavour due to it's range of ingredients. 

A very versatile spice blend, try using it on your favourite protein, in dressings, in stir-fry and slow cooks.

Contains:  Salt, Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Onion, Black Pepper, Cayenne, Chilli, Oregano, Thyme, Celery Seed, Parsley.
